- Processing and transmitting fiscal data to ZIMRA’s FDMS in real-time.
- Sending transactional emails regarding your account, usage limits, and compliance status.
- Generating automated Z-Reports and audit trails for your business.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting.
3. Third-Party Sharing & Data Protection
We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties.
Your data is only shared with authorized entities for the following purposes:
- ZIMRA: As a certified virtual fiscalisation partner, we transmit required transaction data to the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority FDMS as mandated by law.
- Service Providers: We use infrastructure partners such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure data storage and communication delivery. All service providers are contractually required to maintain the strict confidentiality of your information.
4. Your Opt-Out Rights (Unsubscribe)
You may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of our non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send. Please note that certain transactional emails regarding your ZIMRA compliance status are necessary for the continued operation of your account.
We process all unsubscribe requests immediately to remain compliant with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
